When beginning my artistic journey, I wanted to make sure that I was not only creating art that was fun & funky for fun & funky's sake, but also producing work that would inspire others and encourage creative thought, deep conversation , and spark change. The Powerful Women Series reflects just that. To recognize the strength and perseverance of women everywhere, I started depicting women that have made a historical and social impact on the world. This mission not only works through the art itself, but also through the profits collected from any print or merch from this series. All profits collected by mampaperdesigns go directly to The Women's Safe House, a domestic abuse shelter located in St. Louis, MO.
