Liv Zachary, a personal trainer, fitness coach, and childhood classmate of mine, reached out to me in early April of 2021 about collaborating for an event to celebrate her business, as well as the idea that music, art, and movement can come together to create something beautiful. After months of planning, the culmination product was an incredible event where I accompanied Liv's self-led workout session while I played my instrument and presented my art at my first table sale.
